Favour Femi-Oyewole is the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Access Bank Plc. Before joining Access Bank as their Group CISO, she was the Group Head, Enterprise Risk

Management at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, managing both the Information Security and Enterprise Risk Management Departments. She is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), The Chartered Institute for IT, and the first female in Africa to be a Blockchain Certified Professional. She is a Certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Implementer Trainer and an Alumni of Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) – Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is a member of the Cybercrime Advisory Council in Nigeria with the Mandate of implementing Cybersecurity for all sectors in Nigeria and the pioneer Chair of the Standard and Evaluations Committee.

She also holds several IT certifications from organizations such as Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint, Information Security, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity. She is a Cisco Certified Security Professional, Checkpoint Security Administrator, 1st female COBIT 5 Assessor certified in Africa, Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, and Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.

She has over 22 years of experience managing all aspects of Information Technology with vast knowledge in Enterprise IT Security, Information Technology, IT Governance, Information Security best practices, Cyber Security, Business Continuity, and Risk Management, especially in dynamic, demanding, large scale environments.

Her diverse background in Information Technology, Enterprise Information Security, and Cybersecurity has made her outstanding in resolving complex Information Technology Enterprise Information Security and Cybersecurity issues at various times in her career and made her function effectively as a Global CISO. She is versatile in designing and managing security implementations, security standards, security risk assessment, system-related security management and reviews, information security and Cybersecurity awareness training, IT Risk, IT Governance, and Business Continuity Planning. To her, Security is not an afterthought but must be embedded from the onset.

Favour has brought global honour and recognition not only to her organization, the country, and the African continent but to the entire world as she emerged as the 1st woman in the world to win the Global Certified CISO (C|CISO) of the Year 2017 from the EC-Council in the USA and currently as a member of the Global C|CISO Advisory Board. She recently emerged as one of the Top 50

Women in Cybersecurity 2020 Award Winner in Africa. Favour won another Award as the Information Security woman of the Year 2021 in Nigeria.

Favour holds a Bsc in Computer Science from Ogun State University, with two (2) Master’s

Degrees – MSc Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and MSc Information Security – the University of Liverpool, UK-is currently a Doctoral student at Covenant University, Nigeria. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT & Columbia Business School under the Emeritus Institute of Management.

Mr. Voje currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Oregon Health & Science University, the state’s largest academic medical center and the largest employer in Portland, Oregon. He is responsible for developing and operating a complex privacy and security program that protects sensitive health and research data which helps push the boundaries of modern medicine.

Previously Mr.Voje served as the CISO for the City & County of San Francisco, the world’s most iconic tech-centric city. During his tenure, he was named as one of the top 100 CISO’s globally for 2017.

Mr. Voje has also served as the Chief Information Security Officer for The University of Texas-Pan American, where he developed an Information Security program and Privacy practice for one of The United States’ largest Hispanic serving institutions of higher education.

As former Naval Officer, Commander Voje served in many roles related to cybersecurity and information assurance for the U.S. Navy. He has previously served as the Information Systems Director for the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed air wing in Atsugi, Japan; the Information Assurance Officer for the Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; the Information Assurance Manager for Carrier Strike Group Nine homeported out of Everett, Washington; and the Executive Officer of the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station Bahrain.

Outside of the military, he has led the Information Security programs for a large west coast financial institution, Washington State’s second largest public utility district, and consulted for the Federal Government in addition to intellectual property and law firms through his consulting company, American Cyber Corps.

He is an active contributor to the international and national information security community. He is on the Certified Chief Information Security Officer advisory board for EC-Council, an international information security training and certification body. He previously served as President of the Rio Grande Chapter of the FBI’s InfraGard program in South Texas.

Mr. Voje holds a Masters degree in Network Security and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), and a Certified | Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO).

With over 25 years of experience, Juan Gomez-Sanchez has focused his entire professional life to Information Security. As a security practitioner, Juan held leadership positions building and implementing enterprise security programs at Delta Airlines, CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv) and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (PCI Level 1 Merchant). As a consultant, Juan worked for Cybertrust (now Verizon Business Security Solutions), Optima Consulting, and Worldwide Technology, providing trusted advisory services and managing the delivery of security consulting services to a wide range of clients by working with executives to address the demands of security on a global and enterprise scale.

He has supported a range of organizations in the development and planning of security programs to meet requirements for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining a security posture.

Juan is currently the Chief Security Officer at Lennar Corporation. Lennar (NYSE:LEN) is ranked as one of the fastest growing ($20B) Fortune 150 companies that has built the reputation as one of America’s smartest and most innovative real state, financial services, property development, and capital management companies.

As the Chief Security Officer, responsibilities encompass all physical and information security initiatives in support of 6 lines of business, 12,000 associates and over 1,000 locations operating in 22 US states and 44 markets.

Lennar’s first Chief Security Officer reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is accountable to the Board of Directors. Responsible for creating the Enterprise Security Office from the ground-up and implementing a world-class security program that encompasses: Security Governance, Security Risk and Compliance Management, Security Architecture and developing a portfolio of shared enterprise services that includes: Physical Security, Security Awareness, Incident Response, Identity and Access Management, Application Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security Monitoring and Litigation Support.

Mr. Woodson serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, the public agency responsible for operating most transportation services in Greater Boston, Massachusetts. He is responsible for the MBTA’s total information security needs and the development and delivery of a comprehensive information security strategy to optimize the security posture of the organization.

Mr. Woodson is an IT information security professional with over 20 years’ experience and has a deep understanding of operational and information technology processes , the implementation of cost-effective controls and security safe guards to monitor and mitigate risks.

He was previously a Principal at Infosys Limited in the Enterprise Application, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services practice, a Senior Vice President , Taino Consulting Groups Cyber Security Advisory Practice , Information System Security and VP/Cyber Risk Director for State Street Corporation, Director of Cyber and Network Security for Santander Bank, and Head of Forensic Information Security Services North America for Tata Consultancy Services and other positions in information and cybersecurity which includes 12 years of law enforcement experience obtained directly from the Boston Police Department as an IT specialist/Police Officer.

Mr. Woodson has an extensive background in Network and Information Security, Data Privacy, Fraud Management, Technical Investigations, Regulatory Compliance and Policy Development, Litigation Preparedness, Enterprise Governance, Risk Management, Computer Forensics, Law Enforcement Technologies, and Application Security Threats and Countermeasures.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University and has served as lecture of Curry College, Endicott College, Cambridge College and a visiting Adjunct Professor at Stimik Perbanas in Jakarta Indonesia. He is a Certified in Information Security Management (CISM) , Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, and several master’s degrees from Boston University and Utica College of Syracuse University.

Charles L. (Chuck) McGann, Jr., is an information security professional at CRGT, a government contractor providing IT and Security services to DOD, Army, USPS, VA among other agencies. In his current role, McGann is working to leverage CRGT capabilities among the Federal Civilian agencies as well as review emerging vendors for possible partnerships for increasing agency support needs. His experience is helping solidify the strategic initiatives roadmap for Cyber and Intel Solutions.

Chuck is the former Corporate Information Security Officer for the United States Postal Service (USPS). In this capacity, he had the responsibility of securing an intranet that is one of the largest maintained by any organization in the world, with over 200,000 workstations; over 45,000 retail terminals; more than 16,000 servers and over 220,000 Mobil Delivery Devices. The USPS infrastructure encompasses over 600 business applications that support all aspects of business operations as well as movement of the mail.

In his 27 years with the Postal Service, Chuck held numerous positions, Including: Manager, Information Systems, Acting Postmaster, Business Systems Analyst, Business Project Leader, Distributed Systems Security Specialist, Manager, Information Security and Incident Response Team Manager.

Chuck holds an MBA from Strayer University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, and two Associate’s degrees from Springfield Technical Community College. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP), a certified information security manager (CISM) and holds a certification for information assurance methodology (IAM) from the National Security Agency (NSA).

He is the former Co-Chair of the (ISC)2 Government Advisory Board on Cyber Security, and served as a Government Information Security Leadership Awards Judge for the last three years and chaired the Federal CISO for CISO’s quarterly meetings. He is also a member of the Symantec Government Education Advisory Board, the RedSeal Customer Advisory Board, Over his distinguished career has received numerous awards and recognition. He belongs to various national, regional, and local organizations such as the Government Technology Research Alliances’ group, FBI InfraGard, National Security Agency (NSA), and Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) to name a few.

Ahmed Nabil has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology/Systems, Infrastructure, Project Management, Information Security, Application development/Automation, IT management, standard/regulations and holds several professional IT certifications from Microsoft, CISCO, ISACA, ISC2, PMI, CWNP, PECB and EC- Council.

Ahmed is an industry expert in Information Security and Digital Transformation, public speaker at several international conferences (Microsoft Ignite the Tour, ITCamp Cluj, CISO Africa Summit, Egypt CSCAMP, Cyber in Africa, SAYA, SharePoint Saturdays, CloudWeekend, Credence…..etc.) and author of several international published articles and a recent book on M365 Security technologies co-authored with other fellow MVPs.

Ahmed Nabil has a BS in Electrical and Control Engineering, MSc in Business Information Technology and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Ahmed is currently the Regional Information Security and Risk Manager in a leading International financial institution managing all MENAP region, prior to this Ahmed was the Global Security Architect Manager at one of the top Oil and Gas companies in the world as well as the CISO and CIO for top Engineering company in Egypt and Middle East.

Ahmed was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award in Enterprise security/Cloud and Data Center Management for 8 years in row from 2013 to 2020 for his exceptional knowledge sharing and community leadership in Egypt and Middle East Region. Recently in July 2020 Ahmed was awarded the Microsoft Regional Director (RD) award as well.

Ahmed recently received the MESA CISO 100 Award from the MESA conference held in Dubai for the top CISO executives in the Middle East, CISO 50 Award, EGYPT CISO of the Year Award 2018 and was finalist in EC-COUNCIL CISO awards 2018 (Atlanta, US). Ahmed was recently selected as a member of the EC-Council CCISO advisory board due to his Industry standing and deep experience.

Nick is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Monster Worldwide, global online employment solution provider, responsible for global information security, fraud prevention and business continuity. He was most recently the Director of Security & Privacy for Philips HealthSuite digital platform (HSDP); innovative cloud services business enabling all stages of the health continuum, where he was responsible for establishing, executing and continuously improving a global security management and data privacy by design program aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.

Prior to joining Philips, he has held Information Security leadership positions at Endurance International Group, a SMB web presence platform solution, and Continuum Managed Services, service delivery technology platform empowering MSPs, where he was Chief Information Security Officer, both where he was primarily focused on establishing a global Information Security Management System (ISMS) that fits the business model and overall company environment. He has also held senior security leadership positions at Pegasystems and Merck Millipore Corp.
He is a business focused, process-oriented and technical information security senior leader with over 18 years of experience building and leading global information security teams and programs as a critical business enabler across various industries and hosted cloud services. Focusing on risk and security strategies, assessing and managing risks, regulatory and international data privacy compliance, security architecture and operations, and continuous improvement programs for protecting assets.
Nick holds a Master of Science in Network Security from Capitol College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Operations Management \ Management Information Systems from Salem State College. He also holds C|CISO, CISSP-ISSAP, & CISM credentials.
