Atul Bhatnagar is quintessentially a banker, with over two decades of experience in global banking business. He has worked in 3 major international banks – Citibank in India, HSBC in Dubai and Barclays in Kenya. He is a Mechanical Engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He did his MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. During his stint in Barclays Kenya, Atul won the ‘Male Diversity Champion’ award picked from among 1,500 nominees from the bank’s global pool. He also bagged an award for the ‘Best COO in Africa’. He helped his bank bag the ‘Best IT Bank’ award given by Business Journal Africa, which also featured him on the cover of their July 2011 issue. After spending nearly a decade and half outside India, Atul found his ‘home calling’ when the opportunity to work in the National Skill Development Corporation came up in March of 2013. Since then his mind and soul are into nation building, working towards achieving a target of skilling 150m Indians by 2022.

Felix is one of India’s most respected information security thought leaders. He is the winner of several national and international awards including the Vishist Seva Medal from the President of India for his innovative work in information security. In 2013, Felix founded CISO Academy, an all-encompassing cybersecurity company focused on skill development and capacity building, consulting and advisory as well as cybersecurity awareness. Prior to this, he worked at senior positions with several organisations like Bharti Airtel, Indian Navy – IT division, Secure Synergy to mention a few. Felix is on the Advisory Board of various companies, initiatives and associations like National Task Force on Information Security, Indo-US Cyber Security Forum, DOT Working Group on Telecom Security, CII National Committee on Data Security, IBM, Blue Coat, CERC – IIIT Delhi, RSA Security for Business Innovation Council to mention a few.

Ashish is responsible for Information Security and Business Continuity for Tesco HSC. He has over 13 years of industry experience across Information Security Governance, Audit & Compliance, Risk Management, Physical Security, Corporate Investigations and Computer Forensics. He holds BE, MBA, Dip in Cyber Law and leading security certifications viz. CISA, CISM, CRISC, C|EH, C|CISO, BCCE, CBCP, ITIL, BS 7799 & BS 25999 LA, DCPP, etc.

He is a leading security evangelist and past speaker in C0C0N, DSCI, OSAC, ACSG, ICSC etc. His efforts have been well recognized by the organizations he has worked in and across the industry. He is the winner of Top 100 CISO Awards for successive years 2012 through 2015, InfoSec Maestros Awards 2014, finalist in 2013 Global CISO Awards USA, and instrumental in winning Security Strategist Awards’05, in addition to many organizations’ awards.

He holds the World Limca Record for Motor biking across 4 of the world’s highest pass (at heights > 18,000 feet) in the Indo China / Pakistan border and also a Black Belt (SHODAN) in Karate do martial arts.

B. J. Srinath is the Director General of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Department of IT, Ministry of Communications and IT, Government of India. He is a specialist in the field of IT security management. He is currently engaged in conceptualization and development of a National Cyber Security Strategy, and implementation of a National Cyber Security Assurance Framework. These programs are aimed at enabling protection of National critical information infrastructure and ensuring the safety and security of cyberspace in the country.

Recently, he was nominated to represent India in the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts Committee and Council for Security Cooperation in Asia-Pacific for studying Developments in the field of information and communication technology in the context of International security and making suitable recommendations

Ajit Pillai is the Sales Director for enterprise accounts and also the regional head for western province at Check Point Software Technologies. He comes with 20 + years of experience in Network security field and have been responsible for setting up Security majors in the country like TrendMicro, Secure Computing( McAfee) etc..

He has been instrumental in acquiring major customers and creating a channel ecosystem in the country and is a veteran in the Industry.

Vinayak has a total 20 years of experience in Information Security, IT Transformation, Telecom Switching Infrastructure, Intelligent Networking and Broadband Infrastructure. Currently working as Senior Director –Data protection, DSCI and is managing a program for defining data security and privacy practices, based on which self-regulation mechanism will be established.

Along with this program He is also engaged in DSCI outreach program at national and international platforms in establishing collaboration with different legal and regulatory bodies, data protection authorities, global clients and outsource service providers of all categories including small and medium players. He is principal author of DSCI Security Framework (DSF) and DSCI Privacy Framework (DPF). He is also closely working with Department of Information Technology (DeitY) and other ministries of Government of India on cyber security initiatives, security and privacy surveys and making of rules for IT Act. Prior to joining DSCI he was working with the Global Consulting Practice of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Consultant, Information Risk Management.

Prof. Rajat Moona received his BTech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1985 and a PhD degree in Computer Science and Automation from IISc Bangalore in 1990. He worked for about one year as Scientific Officer in IISc Bangalore and then joined as a faculty member of IIT Kanpur in 1991 where he is a full Professor in the department of CSE. In recognition of his research, Prof. Rajat Moona was offered the prestigious Poonam and Prabhu Goel Chair Professorship by IIT Kanpur in 2008 and he has been a recipient of Indo-US Science and Technology Fellowship. He had also been a senior Engineering Manager in Mentor Graphics India during 2002-04 where he led a team to develop a tool for embedded system design that is now a product from Mentor Graphics.

He has taught a number of courses at IIT Kanpur, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has also supervised about 85 postgraduate theses. He along with his students and colleagues, has authored 7 patents, about 36 research papers and 2 books.

He along with his students and National Informatics Centre has defined the Key Management System and layout of the data in smart card used by various government departments. He is involved in defining the RFID applications in areas such as electronic toll collection. The research area of Prof. Rajat Moona spans over embedded computing, computer security, VLSI design Operating Systems and High Performance Computing.

Currently, Prof. Moona heads the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in capacity of Director General and leads C-DAC’s initiatives in the areas of High Performance Computing, Multimedia Computing, Professional Electronics, Free and Open Source Software, Cyber security & cyber forensics, Health Informatics, e-Governance and Education & Training.

In December 2013, the prestigious VASVIK Award for the year 2010 has been conferred upon him for his contributions to the advancement of Information and Communication Technologies.

Very recently, Prof. Moona has been awarded the IESA Technovation 2014 – TechnoVisionary Award in the category of “Academia Awards”.

Rudra, is an IT and Security evangelist with about 12+ years of diversified Leadership experience in Strategizing, architecting and Executing IT and Information Security services. Currently he is CISO for Ministry of Home Affairs under Digital India program, in the past he has held positions like CISO for India’s prestigious program UIDAI, Sr principal consultant, program manager and advisor for very large scale programs across the globe. He has proven leadership skills in management of large teams, complex programs, and customer portfolio across Government, Telecom, IT and BSFI industry segments.

He holds MS in Computers and pursuing his Doctorate, he also holds certification like CISM, ACC, ITIL, MCSE
