President’s Scholarship for Women in Cybersecurity At MENA CISO Summit 2018
There are almost 1 million job positions open globally in the cybersecurity industry and it is estimated to grow to a massive 3.5 million by 2021. However, less than 9% of the current cybersecurity workspace consists of women, with only 1% of women as C-Level Executives.
It’s time for women to have a larger role in the developing cybersecurity industry and ECCU University wants to be a leader in helping more women achieve their career goals.

EC-Council University has developed a Women’s Scholarship program for women to help support in making future women leaders in cybersecurity.
What is the Women’s Scholar Program?
EC-Council University has taken a strong stand in promoting women in cybersecurity by offering a President’s Scholarship to encourage women to become future leaders in cybersecurity.
How does it work?
Very simple: write a 200 word or more essay telling us what you think about ‘Women in Cyber Leadership.’ Once you complete your essay, then apply for the “President’s Scholarship for Women in Cybersecurity.” The eligible women candidates could earn a $2,000 USD scholarship credit that can be applied toward an EC-Council University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A FULL SCHOLARSHIP BUT IS ONLY A PARTIAL SUBSIDY OF $2,000 USD. The candidate may have to pay any remaining tuition fees.

ESSAY WRITING
