John Felker

Director, National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center

“During a 30-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, Felker served, among other positions, as Deputy Commander of Coast Guard Cyber Command, where he was responsible for the day-to-day staff and operational leadership and led the stand-up of the Command.”

In August 2015, John Felker joined the Senior Executive Service and assumed leadership of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center at DHS. The NCCIC is the U.S. government’s 24/7 hub for cybersecurity information sharing, incident response, and coordination. Prior to joining DHS, Felker served as Director of Cyber and Intelligence Strategy for HP Enterprise Services.

During a 30-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, Felker served, among other positions, as Deputy Commander of Coast Guard Cyber Command, where he was responsible for the day-to-day staff and operational leadership and led the stand-up of the Command. He commanded the Coast Guard Cryptologic Group, which encompassed units from Hawaii to Afghanistan and developed signals intelligence afloat capability for the Coast Guard. He also served as executive assistant to the Director of Coast Guard Intelligence where he coordinated Directorate activities within the National Intelligence Community and commanded USCGC CAPE UPRIGHT and USCGC RED CEDAR.

His military awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit and the Meritorious Service Medal.

Felker graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in 1978 and earned his Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in 1995.

Anthony Dupree is the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer for CareerBuilder. In this dual role, Dupree works closely with senior management and key stakeholders, and clients, which includes government entities, and Fortune 100, 500, 1000 clients. Anthony comes with more than 20 years of expertise in global enterprise IT security, network infrastructure and risk and compliance strategies for Fortune 500 organizations. He most recently served as the CIO and CISO for Novitex Enterprise Solutions and held IT leadership roles for some of the best-known brands in the world, including McGraw-Hill Education, Elizabeth Arden and Toys R Us.

Anthony received his Bachelor of Art in Communications from New York Institute of Technology and a Masters of Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Anthony is currently enroll in the PHD program majoring in Information Assurance at Nova Southeastern University. Anthony holds certifications from ISACA (Certified Information Security Manager) and EC-Council (Chief Information Security Officer). Anthony also served as a member of ISACA New York Chapter Board of directors from 2017 – 2018.

Anthony received the 2016 CSO/Security Executive of the Year award by Information Security Product Guide an organization that lead conferences and expos worldwide and plays a vital role in keeping end-users informed of the choices they can make when it comes to protecting their digital resources.

Anthony is also a retired Army Reserve officer who served over 25 years in various leadership positions and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel; received various awards to include the Bronze star for outstanding achievement while deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

Anthony is an accomplished industry leader and writer with cybersecurity security and technology publications in various media outlets.

Antonio A. Rucci is a retired Counterintelligence Special Agent and US Army Warrant Officer, with more than 34 years of technical security experience. Tony is the Director of Information Security & Threat Intelligence for GRIDSMART Technologies Inc, Knoxville, TN.

Tony ran technical espionage and computer crimes investigations for a good portion of his operational career. He served as the Counterintelligence Operations Officer at The White House, serving two administrations from 1998-2004. He led technical accreditation for a critical facility at one of the DOE National Labs before being recruited to move to Reno, NV to build a data center for one of the beltway bandits. Since then, Tony has started two of his own companies; served as the Chief Security Officer for two others; and built an InfoSec & Threat Intelligence vertical for another company before joining GRIDSMART earlier this year. Tony continues to serve national security efforts in his current capacities, stirring up the Transportation Industry by assessing and assisting smart/autonomous vehicle strategies along with their smart cities and traffic management support infrastructure, supporting both private sector and government interests. Diana L. Burley, Ph.D. is executive director and chair of the Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection (I3P) and professor of human and organizational learning at George Washington University. Dr. Burley is globally recognized cybersecurity workforce expert who regularly advises the public and private sector on cybersecurity policy, education and workforce development initiatives. She has testified before the US Congress; conducted international cybersecurity training; and written more than 90 publications on cybersecurity, information sharing and IT-enabled change. She co-chaired the joint task force that recently published the first set of global cybersecurity curricular guidelines on behalf of the world’s leading computing societies. In 2017, SC Magazine recognized her as one of 8 Women in IT Security to Watch and awarded her with their leadership award in IT Security Education. She is a member of the US National Academies Board on Human-Systems Integration and in 2014, she co-chaired the National Academies study on professionalizing the nation’s cybersecurity workforce. Prior to GW, Dr. Burley led the Cyber Corps program and managed a multi-million-dollar computer science education and research portfolio for the US National Science Foundation. Other honors include: 2016 Woman of Influence by the Executive Women’s Forum in Information Security, Risk Management and Privacy; 2014 Cybersecurity Educator of the Year; and 2014 Top Ten Influencer in information security careers. She earned her doctorate and 2 master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University where she studied as a Woodrow Wilson Foundation Fellow in public policy and management.

Throughout his career, Sebastian has racked up an impressive record of achievements and advancements. Prior to joining AIG, Sebastian was Chief Information Security Officer for Isabel Group. However, his career has mostly been in the global public sector. Sebastian started as military officer with the German Air Force leading to his responsibility for German information security services through several U.S. corridors.

Subsequently, he was appointed Chief Information Security Officer for NATO’s International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan at ISAF Joint Command & joined the team that directed design & implementation of NATO’s Computer Incident Response Capability.

He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the German Armed Forces University, a Master’s in Executive Leadership from Georgetown McDonough School of Business, and a LL.M. degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.

Ondrej Krehel

Ondrej Krehel, CEO & Founder of LIFARS is recognized world-wide for his Digital Forensic expertise. He actively participates in many high-profile engagements around the world whereby his proprietary methodology is leveraged to achieve the most rapid root-cause analysis and remediation.

He’s the former Chief Information Security Officer of IDT911, the nation’s premier identity theft recovery and data breach management service. He previously led forensic investigations and cybersecurity consulting at Stroz Friedberg encompassing US government engagements and missions, including military cyber special operations.

With two decades of experience in computer security and forensics, Krehel has conducted a wide range of red team exercises, cyber resilience matters, investigations, including data breached through computer intrusions, theft of intellectual property, massive deletions, defragmentation, file carvings, anti-money laundering, financial fraud, mathematical modeling and computer hacking.

He holds an M.S. degree in Mathematical Physics from Comenius University in Bratislava and an Engineering Diploma from Technical University in Zvolen, Slovakia. Krehel is a frequent speaker at industry events and author on matters related to information security and computer forensics.

Among other industry groups, he is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), the Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC) and the International Council of Electronic Commerce (EC Council). Phil Agcaoili has been an influential leader in the security industry for 30 years and has established world-class organizations from startups-to-the-Fortune 1. He has been the CISO at Elavon, Cox Communications, VeriSign and SecureIT, and led successful, global teams at GE, Alcatel, Scientific-Atlanta, and Dell. Over a dozen of Phil’s former leaders are CISOs protecting other organizations around the world. Ed Pascua is senior vice president at Simieo Solutions. In 2014 Geoff Hancock started the Advanced Cybersecurity Group. Prior to this Geoff has spent 27 years in Cybersecurity beginning with the military where he conducted intelligence, cyber and special operations. For the last 15 years he has been both a business and technical (CISO, CSO, CTO) executive for fortune 100 companies.

He has built 18 Security Operations Centers and run 11 others and has strong experience addressing cyber operations for any size company. Additionally, his expertise stretches into Cyber Intelligence, Active Cyber Defense, Denial Deception, Nation State Threats, Compliance and Operations and other areas.

Currently he works with various federal agencies and private sector organizations across national security, defense and critical infrastructure sectors. He has implemented the NIST Framework 22 times as well as several other technical and compliance base standards.

He chairs the Federal CISO Alliance, an organization dedicated to working with federal and commercial CISO’s and teams. And is the editorial Advisor to the CISO Magazine. Daniel Villao

Mr. Villao is the Deputy Administrator for the United States Office of Apprenticeship. Mr. Villao’s work has influenced policy and practice surrounding the impact of spending on small business, procurement development and disenfranchised worker access. As a member of the National Board of Directors for the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) he advocates to enhance opportunities for Latino’s to gain access to university and professional networks and has played a pivotal role in the organizations evolution into the largest Latino professional and student business membership non-profit organization in the nation.
