What is Cyber Security Game Changers?

Cyber Security Game Changers is an initiative conducted by EC-Council, the world’s leading Cyber security certification body, to celebrate the spirit of excellence, innovation and leadership in the Cyber Security domain. The initiative provides a platform for the distinguished professionals to showcase how they have transformed the common rules, processes, strategies, and made a difference in the Cyber Security domain through new ideas and approaches, generating tangible results.


Nomination Process

Create a write-up of not more than 500 words on your illustrious journey citing achievements where you:

  • Mitigated risk to your organization, government, and/or individuals in the Cyber security domain
  • Used your nimble, creative mind to create a technology to handle important security challenges
  • Demonstrated innovative, initiative-driven leadership to drive a program to strengthen the security posture of your organization

Evaluation Process

  • Creativity and/or leadership
  • Utilization of technology to achieve results
  • Impact of those efforts on your organization, industry, or community

Recognition

The write-ups shortlisted by our jury panel will be recognized at EC-Council’s 3rd Annual CISO Summit 2017 to be held on 14th July, 2017, at The Lalit, Mumbai, India.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You should be performing leadership roles in security as a CISO, CIO, CTO, CSO, Security Head, or equivalent.
  • A major component of your job should be related to Information Security/Cyber Security.
  • You should be from Indian private or public sector, and located in India
  • Entries are encouraged from – but not limited to – the following areas:
    • Incident response
    • Threat intelligence
    • Internet of Things/IoE
    • Mobile malware
    • Social media
    • Third party attacks
    • DDoS
    • APTs
    • Cloud security
    • Application security
    • Security Analytics
