Jay Bavisi is the Co-Founder and President of EC-Council, a global leader in information security education, training, and certification. Formed following the tragedy of 9/11/2001, EC-Council addresses cyber terrorism by striving to educate both information security professionals as well as the public. EC-Council owns and developed the world famous Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Secure Analyst (ECSA), and Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT) programs.

Jay led the efforts in establishing the partnership with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), an arm of the United Nations, via the International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber Threats (IMPACT) to develop sustainable knowledge and capabilities in information security awareness amongst government agencies in 194 member countries. He also led the charge to form a not-for-profit initiative to establish the world’s first global ethical hacking games, Global CyberLympics with the goal of raising awareness towards increased education and ethics in information security through a series of cyber competitions that encompass forensics, ethical hacking, and defense. He regularly shares his insights with law and policy makers at various international conferences and seminars around the world. His audiences include executives of multinational corporations as well as the public via his regular appearances on local and international television shows and print media – including being interviewed by CNN and Fox News regarding information security and ethical hacking.

Dato’ Arif Siddiqui is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia (SCBM) and he also holds the role of Group CIO of Islamic Banking Standard Chartered. As CIO, Dato’ Arif oversees the full spectrum of Technology and Operations and is responsible for systems development, technology support and banking operations for the Bank’s businesses in Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Scope International Malaysia. His greatest achievement was when he led a project revamping the technological infrastructure of SCBM and successfully implemented a state-of-the-art core banking system. The project required Dato’ Arif’s skills in mobilizing over 1,000 employees across multiple geographies.

Prior to joining MIMOS, Thillai Raj was Director of Systems Engineering Group in Motorola and Senior Director of Global Engineering in Flextronics.

Ramzi Sharif is currently the Chief Risk Officer of Maybank Investment Bank, effective on 2 May 2013. He has collectively more than 18 years of experience in the banking and financial services. He started his career in Bank Negara Malaysia, and joined Maybank in 2009 as the Head of Industry Research under the Credit Risk Management Department. He was then assigned to oversee the Research and Knowledge Management Department under Group Risk. In May 2013, he was appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of Maybank Investment Bank, responsible for credit and risk management in MIBB.

He graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Master of Commerce (Economics). He was conferred Certified Credit Professional (Business) by AICB (previously, IBBM) in 2013.

Dr Amirudin Abdul Wahab (“Dr Amir”) is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CyberSecurity Malaysia, a strategic agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia and the agency that monitors sovereignty of the country. He has more than 20 years of ICT working experience in the telecom and IT sector in the Government as well as in the semi-government and private sectors.

Through his leadership at Cybersecurity Malaysia, Dr Amir managed to contribute to Malaysia’s achievement in attaining number #3 rank in the world, in the 2014 International Telecom Union (ITU) Global Cyber Security Index and becoming the first World Trustmark Alliance Chairman to be reappointed to a second term, was selected to receive an ASEAN Award as the Outstanding Chief Information/Security Officer Award. He is also a POLCYB (The Society of The Policing of Cyberspace) Non-Executive Board of Directors for year 2015 to 2018.

He served as a National Committee Member of the e-Sovereignty Committee chaired by the Honourable Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, the National Chairman of the Industry Standards Committee on Information Technology, Communications and Multimedia (ISC G), Chairman of Impartial Committee for Malaysian Software Testing Board (MTSB), Board member of the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), Chairman of PIKOM Information Security Committee and also a Board member of Cloud Security Alliance, Malaysia Chapter. He is also an OIC Task Force Member on ICT and Cyber Security and a Fellow at Malaysian Institute of Management. Dr Amir was also appointed by the Honourable Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia as one of the high-profile 11 member Independent Panel Committee of the Ministry of Education chaired by Tun Zaki Hamid, the former Chief Justice, to study National Examination Board examination systems

Aizuddin is an information security, risk, compliance and audit professional with more than 20 years of working experience in various industries including telecommunications, financial, trading, manufacturing, plantation, property, motors, heavy equipment, energy, utilities, healthcare and shared services.

He is an ISACA member and professionally certified as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) with broad knowledge in IT Governance and Controls Framework i.e. COBIT, RiskIT and ISO27001, as well as practical experience in IT risk assessment, IT policy management, data analytics, vulnerability assessment, penetration tests, security architecture and solutions, data protection, security incident monitoring, identity & access management, digital forensic and audit techniques. Dr. Rezal Khairi Ahmad was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of NanoMalaysia in June 2012. As NanoMalaysia first employee, he crafted the company structure, developed business model and corporate positioning strategy relative to like-minded government agencies and relevant industries In February 2013, Dr Rezal’s appointment was upgraded to Chief Executive Officer.

Between August 2012 and February 2013, Dr. Rezal also served as Acting Under Secretary of National Nanotechnology Directorate, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. From June 2012 to May 2014, he came under secondment from Khazanah Nasional, an investment arm of the Government of Malaysia. Prior to that, Dr. Rezal assumed the post of Manager at GEMS Sdn.
